Updated cover

I have changed around my cover in order to follow standard magazine conventions; this includes moving my main story line to the centre and making it bigger so it looks as if its the main story.

Edited mock up

Whilst editing my original image i must have poorly cropped out my model and so was left was some rough edges. To fix this, i went in with the eraser tool and went around her head and rubbed out the messy edges, ensuring that i am left with a smooth finish and overall, looks more professional as if it was following standard conventions of a magazine, and ergo will sell more if to be sold in stores.

Mock up edits

For my mock up, i added some posters onto the cover to improve the aesthetic and to follow some conventional magazine layouts, which usually offer some sort of promotional feature of another band or artist.

Typography

This is the font i have chosen as i think it is bold and easily readable. I also have included a snippet from my mock up which shows where i have used 'Lemon Milk'.

Potential fonts

These are some fonts i can use throughout my contents page, and double page spread for the text. I have already chosen a font for my front cover from www.dafont.com and it is called 'Lemon Milk'
